Pre-shipment QC

Third-party inspection before each departure, with AQL by product class. Photo reports shared and approved by you before dispatch.

Transport insurance

Mandatory ICC-A on each shipment. Damage claims covered until arrival in San Antonio.

Warranty managed in Chile

We manage the Chinese manufacturer's warranty from Chile. Your counterpart is here, not at the factory. Claims coordinated from the local office.

Manufacturer certifications

We coordinate delivery of applicable international certifications (CE, RoHS, IEC, ISO, FSC per product), verified before dispatch, with Chilean regulatory compliance (SEC, INN, NCh).

Technical and operational responsibility for each shipment: the balance is released only when third-party QC passes AQL and the photo report is approved by you.
